BellCornerstone is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Sales & Research Team. This position is an incredible opportunity for someone interested in working in the field of Commercial Real Estate to gain valuable experience in engaging with C-level executives, building owners, and brokers in markets across the United States. This position is a great mix of inside and outside sales and commercial real estate research.
The best news is that you are not expected to sell our real estate solution by yourself. Our team will accompany you on all sales meetings to work with you to close new business. Responsibilities

Speaking with high level company leaders (CEOs, CFOs, presidents, etc.) regarding their real estate needs

Communicating confidently and effectively on the phone on sales and research calls

Adding pertinent details of all communications to shared database

Accompanying Senior and Junior Brokers on site visits and client meetings

Identifying and communicating real estate opportunities to team members

Developing marketing lists of tenants, landlords, and brokers based on identified requirements

Preparing market research reports based on sales call and research findings
Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with making high volume of telephone calls

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (finance, accounting, business, entrepreneurship, economics, real estate, psychology, or related field preferred)

High proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM (Salesforce), CoStar, LoopNet, and/or comparable Real Estate Databases preferred

Valid driver’s license
