BellCornerstone is seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Design Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating visually appealing designs, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and target key audiences.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans, including target audience identification, messaging, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Graphic Design and Branding:

  • Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, social media posts, and website graphics.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all design projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives and translate them into impactful visual assets.

  • Utilize Canva to produce high-quality designs.


Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and persuasive content for marketing collateral, including social media captions and email campaigns.

  • Write compelling copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.


Digital Marketing:

  • Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
    Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers, printers, and vendors, to facilitate project execution.

  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to relevant parties.

  • Proactively identify and address potential project roadblocks or challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development, graphic design, and content creation.

  • Proficient in graphic design software, such as Canva and/or Photoshop.

  • Strong creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Portfolio showcasing design and marketing work.
