Pharos enlisted BellCornerstone to help them find a new corporate office in Rochester, NY that was modern and open with natural light, breakout rooms and a collaborative layout. They wanted a space that projected their corporate identity while creating a welcoming environment to encourage employee engagement and enhance recruiting.
