Engineering Firm Rehabilitates Historic Industrial Building and Makes it Their New Home
Stantec is an international engineering firm that grew to collaborate across various disciplines and industries. They are based in Edmonton, Canada but believe in a sense of community, creativity, and client relationships in all of their locations. They had just one location in Rochester before they bought a local firm. With the many acquisitions, Stantec was left with three different locations that all had different lease expiration dates and were determined to figure out a way to cut their costs.
