BellCornerstone is hiring a driven, opportunity-focused New Business Hunter or Seasoned CRE Sales Professional/Associate Broker to join our national commercial real estate brokerage platform.

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with high-level company leaders (CEOs, CFOs, presidents, etc.) regarding their real estate needs

  • Communicating confidently and effectively on the phone on sales and research calls

  • Adding pertinent details of all communications to shared database

  • Identifying and communicating real estate opportunities to team members

  • Developing marketing lists of tenants, landlords, and brokers based on identified requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with making high volume of telephone calls

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), CoStar, LoopNet, and/or comparable Real Estate Databases preferred

  • Valid driver’s license
