BellCornerstone is hiring a driven, opportunity-focused New Business Hunter or Seasoned CRE Sales Professional/Associate Broker to join our national commercial real estate brokerage platform.

Responsibilities
Speaking with high-level company leaders (CEOs, CFOs, presidents, etc.) regarding their real estate needs
Communicating confidently and effectively on the phone on sales and research calls
Adding pertinent details of all communications to shared database
Identifying and communicating real estate opportunities to team members
Developing marketing lists of tenants, landlords, and brokers based on identified requirements
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with making high volume of telephone calls
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM (Salesforce), CoStar, LoopNet, and/or comparable Real Estate Databases preferred
Valid driver’s license
