BellCornerstone is a national, portfolio-focused commercial real estate firm specializing in large-scale property sales across North America. This role is a hybrid position supporting both property operations and business development efforts.
This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who enjoys both hands-on property work and office-based business support. Approximately 50% of the position involves assisting with maintenance, property upkeep, tenant needs, and general facilities support across company-owned assets, while the other 50% is dedicated to supporting our commercial real estate team through outbound phone calls, lead generation, and property outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with their hands, solving practical problems in the field, and also confident communicating with people over the phone and helping create awareness around active commercial real estate opportunities. Responsibilities
Operations / Property Support
Property upkeep including cleaning, trash removal, and general property maintenance
Handle basic tenant issues and service requests
Assist with property access, showings, and readiness
Support occasional after-hours or weekend needs
Business Development Support
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, users, and investors
Generate qualified leads and schedule tours/meetings
Support active property assignments through consistent outreach
Expectations
Target: 150-200 outbound calls per week (in office)
Consistent lead generation and follow-through
Willingness to handle both field and office responsibilities
Strong reliability, responsiveness, and work ethic
Opportunity

Qualifications
Experience in property maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related hands-on field preferred
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or phone-based outreach is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently speak with tenants, prospects, and team members
Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks (repairs, troubleshooting, general upkeep)
Comfortable working both independently in the field and collaboratively in an office setting
Organized, dependable, and able to manage time across multiple responsibilities
Willingness to learn commercial real estate processes and systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Nice-to-have (but not deal breakers):
Experience in commercial real estate or property management
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
