Mary Gutierrez is the Vice President of Marketing & Personnel at BellCornerstone, where she drives the firm’s marketing strategy, operational performance, and team development. With over 15 years of experience in design, branding, and communications, Mary has evolved her role from creative execution to executive leadership—playing a key part in shaping the company’s growth and direction.

She leads all marketing initiatives across the firm’s portfolio while also overseeing internal operations, personnel management, and process optimization. Mary is deeply involved in aligning marketing with revenue goals, improving efficiency, and building scalable systems that support long-term success.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from SUNY Oswego, with a concentration in illustration. Her ability to merge creative vision with strategic execution has made her an integral part of BellCornerstone’s leadership team.
