About Daniel

Daniel Lynch serves as the National Account Manager at BellCornerstone and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Since joining BellCornerstone in 2019, Daniel has swiftly emerged as a key player dedicated to servicing high-value commercial real estate portfolios for our esteemed clientele. Drawing from his extensive experience, Daniel adeptly identifies client needs and executes strategies to deliver exceptional results. Regular consultations with top-level executives have equipped him with a profound understanding of the impact commercial real estate exerts on business operations. Daniel specializes in analyzing client portfolios at a macro level and aligning them with strategic objectives to drive business success. 

Throughout his tenure, Daniel has spearheaded hundreds of deals, amounting to a transaction volume exceeding $17 million. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role on deal teams responsible for an additional $60 million in transaction volume. His proficiency in negotiating various transaction types and providing invaluable financial analysis and advisory services has solidified his reputation as a trusted authority among colleagues and clients alike. 

As the National Account Manager, Daniel serves as the primary contact for many of our clients, quarterbacking deals to the closing table while driving revenue, growth, and market share for the company. Renowned for his drive, leadership prowess, strategic acumen, and infectious smile, Daniel is poised for continued success in the industry, ensuring client satisfaction for years to come. 

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Le Moyne College’s Madden School of Business, with dual concentrations in finance and analytics, and he earned his Master of Business Administration from Le Moyne, completing the process within five years. A former member of the Le Moyne College Men’s Lacrosse team, Daniel clinched a Division II National Championship in 2016, and draws parallels between his collegiate experiences and his achievements at BellCornerstone. Beyond the boardroom, Daniel is an avid guitar enthusiast, live music fan, self-proclaimed “scratch” golfer, regular snowboarder, and savvy investor.
